The provisions of the site's rules apply to purchase transactions executed by a purchaser who is a consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law").

Any person who is qualified to perform the purchase of products offered on the Company's website and / or any legal body incorporated and / or registered in Israel and authorized to make purchases of products offered on the Company's website may purchase the Site subject to the terms of these regulations (hereinafter: "the Purchaser").

Purchase of products

The purchase of products on the Company's website are done by credit card only.

A pre-condition for the approval of the acquisition action by the Company is receipt of approval by the credit card company through a card issued by the buyer requesting to execute the purchase transaction for the transaction. If the approval of the credit card company is not received immediately, the purchaser will have no validity in acquisition of the goods.

In order to complete the purchase, the purchaser will be required to fill out personal details on the website. Filling out the details is a prerequisite for the purchase.

The Company shall be entitled to condition the supply of the product to the purchaser with the signature of the credit card holder after its identification by means of an appropriate certificate and presentation of the credit card - on the credit card voucher upon delivery of the product.

The Company offers to purchase products in bulk from the site, at price and on conditions as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the exclusive right to determine the quantity of each product offered for sale and limit the quantity of products to one purchaser.

A prerequisite for approving the purchase is that the purchased product is in the Company's inventory and / or the supplier's inventory. The purchaser shall have no claim and / or claim in this matter subject to the Company informing the purchaser of the absence of the product from the inventory and refunding any amount that he paid, if he paid, to the company and / or cancel the charge, if executed between the act of purchase.

The Company may provide the Purchaser with some or all of the Products through a third party. In this case there may be delays in the supply of the product dependent on that factor. The Company will be exempt from liability for these delays and the purchaser will have no claim and / or claim against the Company and / or anyone acting on its behalf in connection with delays in supply.

The Company sends the product to the address of the purchaser in Israel and / or abroad as is customary in the delivery conditions of the shipping supplier. The purchaser will not have any claim and / or claim if it turns out that no shipments are made for any reason other than the return of any amount paid (if paid) to the company and / or cancellation of the charge (if any) for the purchase action.

The purchaser will be required to enter into the system his personal details, including name, identity card, address, credit card number and type, by means of which he wishes to execute the purchase transaction. However the Company may prescribe additional or different ways of communication or delivery of the purchaser's information, altogether or partly. The Company shall not be liable for any error in the performance of the purchase action resulting from the insertion of any incorrect details by the Purchaser into the System.

The supply of the product shall be carried out to the address that will be entered by the purchaser into the system, unless otherwise determined.

The details of the purchase and details of the purchase shall be used by the Company only and will not be transferred by it to another party, except for the transfer of details to the credit company for approval of the purchase or transfer transaction in accordance with the law. The purchaser's payment for the purchased product will be made by means of the credit card after the purchase of the product by him and subject to the approval of the credit card company.

The Company's computer system maintains a computerized registration for each purchase operation performed on the Company's website, and its registration will constitute prima facie proof of everything related to the execution of the purchase transaction.

All the products offered for purchase on the Company's website are subject to the following rules of warranty and service.

 

Cancellation of a purchase transaction

The Purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase transaction in writing by written notice to the Company's offices within fourteen days from the date on which the purchaser received the product or from the date on which the purchaser received a document containing the details included in Section 14C (b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.

It is not possible to cancel a transaction for the purchase of custom made goods, goods made specifically for the purchaser.

The results of the cancellation of the transaction will be in accordance with the provisions of Section 14E of the Consumer Protection Law, and therefore it is the purchaser's obligation to return the product to the Company's warehouses to the purchaser, unless the cancellation is due to a defect in the product or due to its non-conformity with the details presented on the Company's website or in a document submitted to the purchaser. In accordance with the provisions of the Law, the Company may demand cancellation fees from the Purchaser if the cancellation is not made due to such defect or non-conformity, as specified in Section 14E of the Law.

The cancellation fee is 10% of the price of the product and not less than 100 NIS.

Furthermore, in the event of such cancellation, if the value of the product is reduced due to a significant deterioration in its condition, the Company may claim its damages from the purchaser.

The cancellation of the purchase transaction which is not in accordance with these conditions will not be valid.

 

 

Additional Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these regulations, add to it and / or derogate from its provisions. Each purchase transaction is subject to the provisions of the by-laws which will be in force at the time and will be published on the Company's website.

All prices shown on the company's website include VAT, excluding prices for overseas customers. Product prices do not include shipping charges.

The pictures of the products displayed on the Company's website are for illustration only and are not binding.

If the factors and / or events that are not under the Company's control will delay and / or prevent the sale of the products or some thereof, and / or affect the dates of supply of the products to the purchasers and / or affect the prices of the products and / or the supply planned according to the terms of purchase of the products changes in the tax rates and / or levies applicable to the products that are the subject of the transaction, the Company may announce an update of the price or cancellation of the purchase transaction.

If an error is found in the description of the product, its price, the payment terms detailed beside it, its picture or any other material relating to the product or receipt of the data from the purchaser, the Company may cancel the purchase transaction at any time until it is delivered to the purchaser.

If it becomes clear to the Company that it is unable within its ordinary means to supply the products to the purchaser in his place of residence, the Company may cancel the purchase transaction at any time until the supply of the product to the purchaser.

If the transaction is canceled according to the above sections, the Company will refund to the purchaser the full amount it paid, if it paid, and / or cancel the debit of its credit card, and the purchaser will not be entitled to any compensation for cancellation of the transaction.

Each product will be delivered to the customer by shipment, and will not be collected independently from the company's warehouses or suppliers, unless with special and prior approval.

In any dispute relating to the purchase transaction, law courts shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction, and this Code constitutes an arbitration agreement between the Company and the purchaser for all intents and purposes.

Any notice to the purchaser shall be made to the address and / or according to the details entered into the system, during the execution of the purchase. Such notice sent by mail shall be deemed to have reached the purchaser within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

 

Shipping in Israel

• When purchasing over 200 NIS, the shipment is free.

 

•  We will be happy to process your order as soon as possible.

•  In Israel we ship the orders through Chita Shlichim - with a courier to the house, at a subsidized cost of NIS 25 per shipment. For overseas shipment the price will be reduced by 17% as the VAT (17%) does not apply.

•  The forwarder will arrive within 14 business days. If there is any urgency in receiving the shipment, please also call (03-9552775, 054-6662775) and we will do our best to expedite the process.

• On holiday eves or special occasions the shipment may be delayed beyond normal due to overload.

•  Please provide an address for the order where you will be available most of the day

Shipping abroad

At this time, please contact us to receive a VAT exemption and shipping cost, according to the weight of the item and the country of destination. We are currently working to ensure that soon the purchase abroad will also be automatically made directly on the site.
 

 

Returns

• Product return - please contact us (03-9552775, 054-6662775), update and coordinate the return.

        A new and good product can be returned / replaced in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the 

        product, together with the purchase invoice.

• You can receive a refund on a product within 14 days with a purchase invoice. No invoice can be replaced with another product.

• You can receive a cash refund on a product within 14 days with a purchase invoice. If there is no invoice you may replace with another product. Payment for shipping will not be refunded to the customer

        A monetary credit will be refunded in the same manner as it was paid.

        A full refund will be given only when the product is returned in its original packaging.

• Please note that holiday and promotional products can only be changed within 7 days of receiving the product.

•  If a product you ordered was broken or damaged, G-d forbid, you should notify us by phone (03-9552775, 054-6662775) within 24 hours of arrival, together with a defect photograph so that we can handle and respond accordingly.

Warranty and repairs

The warranty for our products is one year from the date of purchase.

Our products are made from good raw materials and with high quality finishing.

Repair, if possible, will be made free of charge during the warranty period. If the product is damaged by incorrect use of the product, we may request payment, and if shipping is required, shipping costs will be charged.

The packaging of the product is designed to protect the product. We are not responsible for any damage to the packaging during shipping.
